Francesca is a Risk Associate who assists in ensuring investment risks are properly assessed, considered, and mitigated against. In her undertaking of credit and financial analysis, she helps the Risk team to identify these risks and manage them within the portfolio. Before joining AGC, Francesca developed her experience in credit and financial fundamental analysis for rating and underwriting purposes. She worked in financial services gaining exposure to a variety of industries, including manufacturing, retail, travel, airlines, and distribution, with a primary focus on the Italian and Spanish markets. Francesca holds a bachelor’s degree in the economics of Institutional and Financial Markets from the Universitá degli Studi di Foggia as well as a Master of Science (postgraduate degree) in Finance, Banking and Insurance from the Westminster Business School. Francesca also undertook a 3-month online program with Imperial College Business School | Executive Education, aimed at building her knowledge in the private equity industry.
