Sudha Bharadia has recently joined the firm as Global Head of Marketing and Investor Relations. She is a marketing and communications professional with experience in HNW and Institutional Investor related marketing within asset management, wealth management and private banking firms. Her extensive experience couples global marketing strategy with hands-on operational delivery of brand awareness and revenue generation programmes. Sudha comes to AGC from her role as Global Marketing and Communications Director for a leading financial regulatory consulting firm where she managed marketing operations across its 6 locations in EMEA, U.S. and Asia. Prior to that, she was Head of Marketing and Communications for an asset management firm serving private clients, family offices and institutions.
Sam Miller Hicks is now Global Head of Business Development and Impact. She has extensive experience in sustainable business development and impact investing. Her work has spanned multiple industries, including international finance, clean tech, green building, fair trade artisanal products, hospitality and education in Europe, Asia, Africa and the U.S. Sam helped establish the Soros Foundation’s first Graduate Program in Economics before working in corporate and investment banking for Citibank in Prague and London and for the medical device industry in North America and Asia. She has focused on sustainable and social enterprises for the past 10 years.
Andrea Forchino has also recently joined the firm as an Analyst in the Origination and Structuring team. She is a recent graduate from Hult International Business School, with an honours degree in finance achieved under the prescribed four-year course schedule. Her previous work experiences include roles in administration, sales and research. Andy comes to AGC from her consultancy project at Hult with the firm, where students were required to come up with diverse solutions for AGC involving financial research and analysis. She is now part of the Origination Team as an Analyst, where she provides support to identify, analyse and execute new investment opportunities. Andy is also involved in the ongoing monitoring and management of the asset portfolio and related collateral.
