Sudha Bharadia

Sudha is co-CEO and has joint responsibility for supporting strategic objectives with respect to assets under management and profitability while ensuring the smooth management, operation and development of AGC.

She is also responsible for the raising of capital from qualified investors and for building the strategy and thought leadership content regarding the firm’s impact investing mandate. Through her investor relations role, she also heads up investor reporting, marketing and communications regarding the fund’s investment portfolio. She also manages the firm’s people/human resources strategy and function.

Sudha is an investor relations professional with extensive global experience within asset management, wealth management and private banking. Her experience couples global investor relations and marketing strategy with hands-on operational delivery.

She is a member of the Women in Social Finance programme as well as being a member of the 100 Women in Finance network. As part of the 100 Women group, she is a Mentor for the LauncheMe initiative which is an advocacy programme focusing on career opportunities, professional networking, essential career skills and business acumen for mentees, as well exploring self-development skills that are relevant to both students and professionals.

Previously, Sudha was global marketing and communications director at the Cordium Group, a financial regulatory consulting firm where she managed marketing operations across its six locations in EMEA, US and Asia. Prior to that, she was head of marketing and communications for Stenham Asset Management which primarily served private clients, family offices and institutions. In her early career, Sudha worked for Butterfield Private Bank, Thomson Financial and Gerrard Wealth Management. She holds a bachelor’s in business studies and an MBA.
